Job Summary:



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Head - Real Estate to lead and manage the sales operations for a designated cluster of projects/regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team of sales professionals, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:



? Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and booking targets across multiple real estate projects within the assigned cluster.

? Identify new business opportunities, including channel partnerships and corporate tie-ups, to drive sales growth.

? Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies and pricing models.

? Work closely with marketing teams to drive lead generation and conversion initiatives.

Team Leadership & Performance Management:



? Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales managers and executives to enhance performance and productivity.

? Set clear sales targets, provide performance feedback, and implement training and development programs.

? Conduct regular sales reviews and implement corrective actions to meet targets.

Customer Relationship Management:



? Ensure a seamless customer journey from lead generation to property handover.

? Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), investors, and homebuyers.

? Address customer concerns and resolve queries to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Operational Excellence & Reporting:



? Monitor sales performance metrics, generate sales forecasts, and provide periodic reports to senior management.

? Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements related to real estate sales.

? Streamline sales processes to improve efficiency and enhance customer experience.

Key Requirements:

10 -14 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

.

? Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration.

? Strong understanding of market trends, pricing strategies, and buyer behavior.

? Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

? Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

? Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and MS Office Suite.
