Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives and managers.
Drive end-to-end sales operations, including lead generation, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat and referral business.
Collaborate with marketing to design and execute campaigns that support sales growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights to management.
Regularly review team performance and provide guidance to achieve sales KPIs.
Present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior leadership.
Requirements
Proven experience in real estate sales with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
Minimum 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership/managerial role.
Excellent leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
In-depth knowledge of the Gurugram/Delhi NCR real estate market.
Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred.
