As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to develop and implement sales strategies.
Duties
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company objectives
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management
Requirements
Proven experience in a sales leadership role
Strong understanding of customer service principles
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights
Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
