Job Summary



We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented

Sales Head - Real Estate

to lead and manage the overall sales function for residential and commercial real estate projects in Raipur. The role involves driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with channel partners and clients.

Key Roles & Responsibilities



Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for residential and commercial projects. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance, discipline, and productivity. Monitor daily sales activities, site visits, lead conversion ratios, and closure performance. Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation, campaigns, site promotions, and branding initiatives. Build and manage strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, investors, and key clients. Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle, from inquiry to possession. Prepare and present regular MIS reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates to management. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer requirements. Coordinate with legal, CRM, accounts, and project teams for documentation, agreements, collections, and handovers. Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sales practices, and applicable real estate regulations.

Qualifications & Experience



Graduation in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage. Minimum

8-12 years of experience

in real estate sales, with at least

4-5 years in a leadership role

. Strong exposure to residential and/or commercial real estate projects. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Experience in handling channel partners and large sales teams.

Skills & Competencies



Strong leadership, negotiation, and closing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strategic thinking with strong analytical and planning skills. Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and MIS reporting. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
