Job Title: Sales Head
As a Real Estate Sales-Head Your primary role is to guide, manage, and
motivate a team towards achieving specific goals, ensuring effective
communication, collaboration, and performance. They are responsible for
setting clear objectives, delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and
providing feedback. This includes managing daily operations, resolving
conflicts, and fostering a positive team environment.
? Setting Goals and Objectives: Clearly defining team goals, aligning them
with organizational objectives, and communicating them effectively to
? Delegating Tasks: Assigning work appropriately based on team member
strengths and skills, ensuring clear expectations and deadlines.
? Monitoring Progress: Tracking team performance, identifying potential
roadblocks, and taking corrective action to ensure goals are met.
? Providing Feedback: Regularly providing constructive feedback to team
members, both positive and negative, to support their development and
? Coaching and Mentoring: Providing guidance and support to team
members, helping them develop their skills and achieve their full potential.
? Resolving Conflicts: Addressing and resolving conflicts within the team,
fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
? Managing Daily Operations: Overseeing day-to-day activities, ensuring
efficient workflows, and facilitating communication within the team.
? Communicating with Stakeholders: Representing the team's needs and
progress to higher management and other relevant stakeholders.
? Motivating the Team: Inspiring and motivating team members to achieve
their best, fostering a sense of purpose and engagement.
? Leading by Example: Demonstrating the desired behaviors and work
ethic, setting a positive tone for the team.
In addition to these core responsibilities, a team lead may also be involved
in:
? Training and Development: Identifying training needs for team members
and facilitating their professional development.
? Performance Reviews: Conducting performance evaluations and
providing feedback on employee performance.
Requirements:
? Minimum 15-18 years of experience in real estate sales.
? At Least 10 Yrs of experience in Team Leading.
? Proven track record in managing and motivating sales teams.
? Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
? Knowledge of the local real estate market and buyer trends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
