Role Overview

  • The Sales Head - Parking Equipment will be responsible for driving sales, business growth, and strategic partnerships for the company's range of automated and mechanical parking solutions.
  • This role requires a strong technical-sales background, proven leadership, and the ability to build long-term client relationships in real estate, infrastructure, and commercial segments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for automated & mechanical parking systems.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities across builders, developers, architects, consultants, and government bodies.
  • Build strong client relationships and act as the primary contact for key accounts.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, proposals, and tender processes.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and project teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.
  • Drive the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue and collection targets.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and payment collection as per company policy.
  • Provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of parking systems/automation/infra products.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage large accounts and complex sales cycles.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
  • Market-driven, result-oriented, and proactive in approach.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Management (MBA preferred).
  • 10-15 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Prior experience in parking systems, elevators, escalators, material handling equipment, or other capital equipment industries will be a strong advantage.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • A senior sales professional with solid industry contacts in real estate, infrastructure, and government projects.
  • Hands-on experience in high-value B2B/solution sales.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to close large contracts.
  • Leadership skills to mentor, grow, and manage a sales team.
