Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Lead, mentor, and manage sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue and growth targets
Drive new business acquisition while expanding existing client accounts
Identify new markets, partnerships, and strategic growth opportunities
Oversee lead generation, funnel management, and conversion optimization
Track and analyze sales and marketing performance, forecasts, and reports
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and delivery
Lead negotiations and close high-value enterprise deals
Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships
Continuously optimize sales processes and marketing campaigns for better ROI
Required Skills & Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing with proven leadership exposure
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
Hands-on experience in B2B sales, demand generation, and team management
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Proficiency with CRM tools, sales pipelines, and marketing analytics
Strategic mindset with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
