5-7 years in commercial/real estate sales (Mohali/Tricity preferred)
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the end-to-end sales cycle for the project.
Recruit, train, and motivate the sales executives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and brokers.
Achieve monthly booking and revenue targets.
Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and events.
Provide weekly performance and funnel reports to management.
Skills Required:
Deep understanding of Tricity real estate market.
Excellent negotiation & closing skills.
Leadership and team handling ability.
Fluent communication (English, Hindi, Punjabi preferred).

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
