The Sales Head will lead the business development and sales strategy for facade solutions (aluminum, glass, cladding systems, curtain walls, etc.). This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic client relationships (developers, architects, consultants), and managing a high-performing sales team to meet or exceed targets in a competitive construction market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the overall sales and business development strategy for facade systems.
Identify and secure new business opportunities with developers, contractors, architects, and consultants.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Lead contract negotiations and close high-value facade projects.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines.
Collaborate with design, estimation, and project teams to deliver winning proposals.
Drive pre-sales efforts, including presentations, technical discussions, and value engineering inputs.
Achieve sales targets and ensure profitability of projects.
Develop a strong brand presence and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry forums.
Manage and mentor the sales team, set KPIs, and ensure continuous performance improvement.
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Key Requirements:
Proven track record in facade or building materials sales, with strong industry contacts.
In-depth understanding of facade systems (aluminum, glazing, curtain wall, ACP, etc.).
Strong network of architects, consultants, developers, and contractors.
Ability to manage complex B2B sales cycles and large-scale projects.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and basic understanding of project drawings/specifications.
