Job Title: Sales Head - Packaging

Location: Mumbai (handling Umbergaon packaging operations)

About the Role

Clarion Cosmetics is looking for a seasoned Sales Head to lead its packaging business. This role is completely B2B and focuses on managing and growing large markets. The position will be based in Mumbai, while overseeing sales and commercial operations linked to the Umbergaon packaging manufacturing unit.

We are looking for someone who understands the packaging industry, has strong experience working with large clients, and can align sales strategies with manufacturing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Drive and manage end-to-end B2B sales for the packaging division

Handle large domestic markets and high-value institutional clients

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers across FMCG, cosmetics, pharma, and personal care sectors

Lead pricing discussions, negotiations, and long-term contracts

Work closely with the Umbergaon plant team to ensure smooth coordination between sales, production, and dispatch

Develop and guide the sales team to achieve business targets

Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base

Track market trends and competitor activities

Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports for management review

Experience and Skills Required

12 to 18 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in packaging or manufacturing industries

Strong experience in handling large markets and key accounts

Good understanding of packaging products and customer requirements

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

Ability to work closely with manufacturing and operations teams.
