We are hiring a Sales leader who brings rich experience in Enterprise selling in the Indian market. The right candidate must understand the Indian enterprise market across verticals. This is a strategic role which requires the ability to plan, build funnel and convert accounts to drive 2x growth.
Responsibilities:
Prepare a Half yearly/Yearly sales plan/budget and present it to the leadership team for review and sign off.
Break the business plan into monthly and weekly numbers for the whole sales team to chase.
Go aggressively to build a sizable sales funnel that's sufficient to get monthly acquisition targets.
To bring impact faster, use your network & connects to bring some fast closures
Sound knowledge of Revenue Management - Product Pricing for different segments and types of offerings
Forumlauting strategies for reaching out to unexplored markets/groups for business expansion
Managing sales and marketing team to ensure they achieve business targets
Co-coordinating & participating in trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, and various high impact events for business promotions, awareness & lead generation
Managing daily sales activities in close collaboration with the team to keep the enthusiasm high for better results
Active participation in right set of RFPs/RFQs to submit Bids to register the highest possible success rate
Managing customer engagement activities in close collaboration with Account Managers & Marketing team for retention and upselling
Weekly analysis of sales team & numbers to identify achievements and areas of improvements.
Work with HR to plan and execute right hiring, and mentor the team for their career growth
Define KPIs for the entire team and do a regular review and necessary decision making
