Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Develop and execute sales strategies and on-ground promotional activities
Monitor lead flow, lead quality, and improve conversion ratios
Train and mentor the team on product knowledge and closing techniques
Manage channel partners, brokers, and key business relationships
Onboard and activate new channel partners
Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports
Handle escalated client issues and ensure high customer satisfaction
Coordinate closely with marketing, CRM, and site teams
Conduct competitor analysis and identify new market opportunities
Drive team discipline, motivation, and regular performance reviews
Eligibility & Skills:
Graduate / Postgraduate (any discipline)
Minimum 7+ years of experience in real estate sales

Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
