We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented

Sales Head

to lead and manage our sales operations in the construction equipment industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership qualities, an extensive network within the industry, and a proven track record of driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and key stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to drive strategic decisions. Ensure timely reporting and achievement of assigned sales targets.

Requirements:

Minimum 15 years of experience in the

construction equipment sales industry

. Strong knowledge of market dynamics and customer requirements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and achieve results within deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Only
