Industry Preference:

Architectural Materials, Building Solutions, Real Estate, Construction, or related sectors

Role Summary:



We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead our sales operations and drive business growth in the architectural and real estate segment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-performing sales teams, client relationships, and delivering on revenue targets within the building materials or real estate ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives and managers across regions Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and project consultants Identify new business opportunities, key accounts, and project partnerships Drive B2B and B2C sales initiatives and ensure consistent pipeline growth Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies accordingly Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across product categories Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams for seamless delivery and client satisfaction Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings Provide timely reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and market intelligence to senior leadership

Key Requirements:



Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field 8-15 years of sales experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership or strategic role Strong domain knowledge of architectural products, real estate projects, or buildingmaterials Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Proficient in CRM tools, Excel reporting, and sales analytics Proven ability to manage targets, build networks, and convert large accounts

Existing relationships with architects, builders, and channel partners Strong understanding of the regional real estate and infrastructure development landscape High energy, result-oriented, and a team motivator Willingness to travel across sites and regions as per business need
