Role Summary
The Sales Head will be responsible for driving overall sales strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion for the company's real estate projects. This role involves leading high-performing sales teams, developing channel partner networks, achieving sales targets, and ensuring superior customer acquisition and closure performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals
Lead, mentor, and manage sales managers, site sales teams, and channel partners
Set sales targets, forecasts, and budgets for projects and regions
Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when required
Revenue & Business Growth
Drive sales of residential/commercial units across ongoing and upcoming projects
Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and expansion areas
Ensure timely achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Channel Partner & CRM Management
Build and strengthen channel partner, broker, and referral networks
Oversee CRM systems to track leads, conversions, and customer engagement
Improve lead-to-closure ratios through process optimization
Marketing & Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with Marketing for campaign planning, site promotions, and launches
Provide inputs on pricing strategy, schemes, and offers based on market trends
Work closely with Legal, CRM, Finance, and Project teams for smooth closures
Customer Experience & Compliance
Ensure high standards of customer interaction, negotiation, and closing
Handle high-value client negotiations and escalations
Ensure compliance with RERA, company policies, and legal guidelines

Sales revenue and unit bookings
Conversion ratio (lead to booking)
Channel partner productivity
Sales cycle time
Customer satisfaction and retention
Team productivity and target achievement
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities
Deep understanding of real estate sales cycles and market dynamics
Strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics
Qualifications
MBA / PGDM in Sales & Marketing (preferred)
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Proven track record in real estate sales leadership roles
