Job Description

The Sales Head - Ground Mount MMS will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic sales initiatives for ground-mounted solar module mounting structures. This leadership role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, building strong channel partnerships, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for ground mount MMS projects across utility-scale and commercial solar segments. Identify new business opportunities, EPC clients, developers, and strategic partners to expand market presence. Lead negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract finalization to ensure profitability and sustainable growth. Build, mentor, and manage the sales team, setting clear targets, KPIs, and performance metrics. Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and procurement teams to ensure technical alignment, timely deliveries, and customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments within the solar and renewable energy sector. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, MIS reports, and presentations for senior management. Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. 5+ years of sales experience in solar structures, steel fabrication, or renewable energy projects, with strong exposure to ground mount MMS. Proven leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong understanding of EPC sales cycles, tenders, and project-based selling.
