Educationwise
: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field preferably in construction and 3-5 years' experience in marketing or sales.
Experience
: Experienced in sales and marketing.
Skills
: Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills, Quick Learner.
Communication
: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and maintaining Customer relationships.
Analysis:
Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
Vision
: The ability to understand and follow company's Vision , policies and procedures
Working under pressure
: The ability to work under pressure.
What is Expected :
Promoting the company's existing services and introducing any new product/Services to the market.
Understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
Implementing Sales targets - Application, Services and Products
Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
Staying updated in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share through Franchise and Product distributors
Monitor competition (pricing changes and new products and features)
Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
Responsible for interstate and intercity Sales Team's Performance and Results.
Keeping connect with the past Clients and look for any other requirement
Working hand in hand with the Operations team for achieving the common goal
