- Sales Head
Should
be well versed with the technical concepts customized softwares,
software products, E Commerce etc.
Should have at
least 5 years of relevant field experience in IT industry.
Should have
managed a team of 10+ sales executives minimum.
Should
have experience in Domestic and/or International Market on IT
vertical.
Should
have prior experience in managing Presales & Direct Marketing
specifically for IT vertical.
Ability to manage

Should

Experience

sales, revenue and expense controls.
Meeting planned

Tracking
sales goals and reporting results.
Overseeing the
activities and performance of the sales team.
Coordinating with
marketing on lead generation.
Ongoing
training of sales team.
Developing your
sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge
education.
Promoting the
organization and products.
Contacting
potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Planning and
overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Researching
organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
