Sales Head – Mbo (garment Industry)

Job Description

We are a growing menswear brand specializing in high-quality garments. Our business operates through B2B channels across India, catering to distributors, retailers, and corporate clients. We are looking for an experienced Sales Head to lead our B2B sales operations, drive revenue growth, and build strong market networks.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve B2B sales targets. Manage and expand distributor, retailer, and channel partner networks across regions. Identify and onboard new business partners and wholesale clients. Oversee sales forecasting, pricing, and performance tracking. Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve set objectives. Collaborate with production and marketing teams for smooth operations and promotions. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 3-5 years of experience in

B2B garment or fashion sales (menswear preferred)

. Proven experience in handling distributors and channel development. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Strong analytical mindset and ability to drive results.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
