Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:



Develop and execute

sales strategies

to achieve revenue and enrollment targets. Lead, mentor, and manage

sales, BDA, and counseling teams

across locations. Monitor

daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance

and prepare reports for management. Drive

student enrollments

through lead conversion, counseling effectiveness, and follow-ups. Coordinate with

marketing teams

to improve lead quality and campaign outcomes. Set

KPIs, targets, and incentive structures

for the sales team. Ensure proper usage of

CRM systems

and adherence to sales processes. Handle

key escalations

, high-value leads, and institutional partnerships. Recruit, train, and develop sales team members. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and student demand.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Minimum 2

-8 years of experience

in Sales, preferably in

EdTech / Education / Services

. Proven experience in handling

large teams

and multi-location sales operations. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Experience in

target-driven environments

. Proficiency in

CRM tools

, MS Excel, and reporting.

Preferred Profile:



Experience as

Sales Head / Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager

. Background in

student counseling, admissions, or B2C sales

is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
