Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Head
to lead showroom sales, drive revenue growth, and build long-term relationships with clients, designers, contractors and architects. The role requires strong leadership, in-depth knowledge of construction materials, and the ability to deliver a premium customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue
Own and achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow walk-in, and project-based sales
Track sales performance, forecasts, and conversion ratios
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and motivate the showroom sales team
Set KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and provide regular training
Ensure high standards of customer service and product knowledge
Customer & Relationship Management
Personally, handle high-value clients and key accounts
Build strong relationships with carpenters, interior designers, architects, builders, and consultants
Ensure seamless customer journey from inquiry to closure and after-sales support
Market & Business Development
Analyze market trends, competition, and customer preferences
Identify new business opportunities and provide feedback to management on product mix and pricing strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Prefer Proven experience as Sales Head / Sales Manager in decor, furniture, or luxury retail
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and planning skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
