Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily sales operations and achieve revenue targets Improve daily conversions, admissions, and collections Handle team performance, follow-ups, and closing support Conduct daily sales meetings and ensure strong discipline Hire, train, and manage counselors/team leaders Track performance through CRM/reports and drive improvements

Requirements:

Strong leadership and team-handling experience (Sales Head/Sales Manager/Team Manager) Proven track record in achieving sales targets Excellent communication, closing, and objection-handling skills Experience in

EdTech / Online English platforms

is a big advantage

English and Malayalam proficiency is mandatory

Tamil & Hindi are a plus
