Roles and Responsibilities:
The Sales Head will be responsible for sales in the region
Develop sales strategies in Direct & channel sales, and recruit + lead all sales team.
Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, building relationships with partners, and driving sales growth.
The role also involves setting sales targets, ensure team performance, and ensuring partner relations.
Responsible for Account and Team Management
Requirements:
Proven track record of achieving sales targets with at least 10 member sales team for more than 3 years.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience in either of the segments is plus:Insurance, Time share, Invest advisory, study abroad, etc.
Strong Sales Management skills
Excellent Analytical Skills
Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Experience in selling high value services.
Experience in the Travel & Hospitality industry is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
