Lead and oversee all dental patient conversion activities from enquiry to consultation and treatment closure.
Monitor daily leads, follow-ups, and ensure high conversion rates.
Develop and implement strategies to improve patient experience and conversion outcomes.
2. Team Leadership & Coordination
Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and provide regular training and feedback.
Coordinate with clinic managers, doctors, and front office teams to ensure smooth patient handling.
3. Communication & Coordination
Act as the central point of communication between the dental team and sales team.
Ensure timely sharing of updates, treatment plans, quotations, and follow-up responses.
Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Reporting & Strategy
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
Analyze lead performance, conversion ratios, and identify improvement areas.
Plan and implement marketing and promotional activities to support sales growth.
5. Operational Excellence
Ensure CRM usage and proper data entry by the sales team.
Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain professional standards.
