Job Summary:



The Sales Head will be responsible for leading and managing the sales operations in the Chennai region. The role focuses on driving admissions growth, expanding institutional partnerships, and leading a team to achieve sales targets for Beat Educations' training programs.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Identify new business opportunities through institutional tie-ups, student outreach, and corporate channels. Lead and guide the local sales team to ensure consistent performance and productivity. Build strong relationships with colleges, universities, and other educational partners. Conduct field visits, presentations, and promotional activities to generate leads. Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for business planning. Report regularly to management on performance, targets, and team progress.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred). 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or training sector. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Target-oriented and self-driven with a passion for growth. Willingness to travel within Chennai and nearby regions.
