Job Title: Sales Head

Job Summary:

The Sales Head will be responsible for driving showroom sales by assisting customers in product selection, offering expert product knowledge, and ensuring an exceptional in-store experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and professionalism in maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement & Sales

Welcome and engage customers professionally, identify their needs, and recommend suitable products.

Explain product features, technical details, and comparative advantages across product lines (ceramics, faucets, sanitary ware, mirrors, accessories, and wellness systems).

Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and ensure timely sales closure.

Achieve individual and store-level monthly sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers, architects, interior designers, and contractors to encourage repeat and referral business.

2. Product Knowledge

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all My Bathroom products, including specifications, materials, and design trends.

Stay updated on new product launches, promotional offers, and industry innovations.

Confidently explain product functionality, installation, and maintenance requirements.

3. Showroom Presentation & Visual Merchandising

Ensure the showroom is clean, attractive, and ready for customers at all times.

Update displays to highlight new collections and seasonal trends.

Maintain proper labelling, pricing, and stock availability for all displayed items.

4. Operations & Documentation

Manage billing and payment through POS systems.

Assist in stock receipt, tagging, and inventory reconciliation.

Coordinate with the Store In-Charge for stock replenishment and movement.

Maintain accurate daily sales records and assist the Sales Head in preparing weekly performance reports.

5. After-Sales Service

Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy.

Coordinate with the service team for installation or after-sales support.

Follow up post-purchase to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

6. Team Collaboration

Work closely with the Store Manager and team to achieve business objectives.

Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.

Share customer feedback and insights to enhance store performance and sales strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

Preferred: Bachelor's degree in any Discipline

Proven experiance as a sales head, sales manager, or in a similar senior role in Retail sales.

Experience: 1-2 years of showroom or retail sales experience, preferably in sanitary ware, tiles, building materials, or home decor.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Male or Female preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Malayalam.

Excellent customer handling and persuasive selling abilities.

Knowledge of showroom operations and visual merchandising techniques.

Ability to multitask and perform efficiently under pressure.
