Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to drive revenue growth. Analyse sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for management review. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and optimise customer acquisition. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies proactively. Ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and target achievement across all sales regions.
