We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven

Sales Head

to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in achieving sales targets, and prior experience in the EdTech industry.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales team to ensure performance targets are met Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and closures Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts

Requirements:



Minimum 4+ years of experience in sales Experience in EdTech preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Goal-oriented with proven achievements
