Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly & annual targets.
Generate new business leads and build strong relationships with contractors, architects, and builders.
Manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify market opportunities and track industry trends.
Lead and mentor the sales team to maximize performance.
Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business / Marketing / Civil Engineering (MBA preferred).
10+ years of sales experience (building & construction industry preferred).
Strong network within the construction ecosystem in Kerala.
Proven ability to negotiate, close deals, and manage key accounts.
Excellent leadership, communication, and people skills.
