About the Role


We are seeking a results-driven

Sales Head

to lead our Kochi sales operations. The role involves managing a high-performance team, driving revenue growth, and implementing winning sales strategies in the EdTech/training space.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team. Oversee the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Collaborate with marketing for lead quality and campaign alignment. Track KPIs, market trends, and competitor activities. Build and maintain client and partner relationships.

Requirements



Minimum 3 years in a sales leadership role. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics. EdTech or training industry experience preferred.
