Techno Dot Academy is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Head to lead and grow our online course sales division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing effective sales strategies, driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, and establishing partnerships to expand our reach in the online learning sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets for online courses
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives/counsellors
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, corporates, and individual learners
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns
Track, measure, and report sales performance against targets
Represent Techno Dot Academy at industry events, webinars, and conferences
Implement CRM tools and monitor the sales funnel
Provide feedback to course development teams based on market demand
Ensure high customer satisfaction and effective post-sales engagement
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the education/EdTech sector
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with digital sales tools, CRM systems, and online marketing
Strong analytical and negotiation abilities
Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional teams
