Sales Head

to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing strategic sales plans, setting performance targets, and motivating the team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to exceed targets and drive business growth. Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals. Set clear sales targets and monitor team performance through regular reviews and reporting. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

Requirements:



Proven experience in a sales leadership role with a track record of exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication
