We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Head to lead our sales team in the EdTech sector. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, proven experience in study abroad services, and a track record of driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of minimum 6 sales*professionals Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly targets
Monitor team performance and provide regular training, feedback, and motivation
Oversee CRMand lead management processes
Collaborate with academic and marketing teams to align goals
Generate and convert leads in the study abroad segment
Requirements:
Above 3 years of proven sales experience in the EdTech or education sector* Prior experience in study abroad consulting is a strong advantage
Must have handled a team of at least 6 members
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
