We are looking for a proactive and organized
Post Sales Lead
to manage students after enrollment and ensure a smooth journey from admission confirmation to service delivery. The ideal candidate will play a key role in student coordination, follow-up, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle students after conversion/enrollment and ensure end-to-end post-sales support
Coordinate with students for application processes and follow-ups
Act as the main point of contact for enrolled students
Ensure timely completion of post-admission formalities
Liaise with internal teams (counsellors, operations, visa team, etc.)
Maintain accurate student records and CRM updates
Resolve student queries and concerns efficiently
Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and retention
Follow up on pending tasks and deadlines
Support management with reports and post-sales performance tracking
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
1 year experience
in post-sales, student coordination, or education consultancy (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and follow-up abilities
Basic knowledge of education consultancy processes (admissions/visa is an advantage)
Ability to handle multiple students and deadlines
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in
education consultancy / overseas education / training institutes
Ability to manage pressure and prioritize tasks
Professional, empathetic, and detail-oriented
