Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned
Sales & Business Development leader
to drive national sales, strategic accounts, and GTM initiatives for Flowatt's battery and EV solutions. The role involves ownership of key accounts, partnerships, revenue growth, and collaboration with internal teams to scale business operations.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Growth
Drive national sales strategy for lithium-ion batteries, EV solutions, and allied services.
Own revenue targets and contribute to business P&L growth.
Manage end-to-end sales lifecycle: lead generation, solutioning, negotiations, and closures.
Key Accounts & Partnerships
Build and manage strategic relationships with
OEMs, fleet operators, enterprises, and channel partners
.
Identify and onboard new high-value customers and long-term partnerships.
Manage large enterprise and fleet accounts across multiple cities.
GTM & Market Expansion
Develop and execute
Go-To-Market (GTM)
strategies for new products, regions, and customer segments.
Support expansion into new geographies and business verticals.
Work closely with marketing on campaigns, lead funnels, and customer acquisition strategies.
Government & Institutional Engagement
Engage with government bodies, PSU clients, and regulatory stakeholders for EV and energy projects.
Support tenders, RFPs, and policy-driven opportunities related to EV infrastructure and batteries.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with operations, supply chain, service, and finance teams for smooth execution.
Ensure alignment between customer commitments and delivery capabilities.
Provide market feedback for product and solution improvement.
Requirements & Qualifications
10+ years of experience
in sales, business development, or strategy within
EV, energy, mobility, batteries, or allied sectors
.
Strong experience in
B2B / enterprise sales
, fleet business, and key account management.
Proven ability to scale businesses, manage large accounts, and drive revenue growth.
Exposure to
EV charging, lithium-ion batteries, or energy storage solutions
is a strong plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience with
GTM strategy, partnerships, and national-level sales operations
.
Understanding of EV ecosystem including OEMs, fleets, chargers, batteries, and policies.
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
