The Sales Head will lead the overall sales function of the organization, driving business growth, revenue generation, and client satisfaction in the outdoor advertising domain. This role involves leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination with operations for campaign execution.
Role & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market.
Staffs and directs a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.
Understand client business needs and align OOH solutions accordingly.
Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
Responsible for the performance and development of the team
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
6 -10+ years of experience in sales management.
Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams. Experience with government communications sales.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
