Way for Sky is looking for an experienced and dynamic
Sales Head
to lead our student admissions and business development operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the company's overall sales strategy to drive growth and meet revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
Lead and mentor the sales and counseling team to achieve monthly targets.
Build strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners.
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Track performance metrics and prepare regular sales reports.
Coordinate with management to improve conversion rates and admissions performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
3+ years of proven experience in sales leadership (education or aviation sector preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages (Hindi, Kannada, Tamil) is a plus.
