Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales strategy, pipeline management, and revenue growth.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
Identify new opportunities in *corporate, government, MSMEs, SEZs, and defence sectors. Manage B2B sales, client acquisition, and high-value contract negotiations.
Build long-term client relationships and ensure customer retention.
Collaborate with operations for seamless project delivery.
Track competitor activity and market trends in the
security services industry

Requirements
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
10+ years of sales experience, with 5+ years in a sales leadership/head role.
Proven track record in
corporate security, B2B sales, or defense/security contracts
.
Strong negotiation, networking, and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
