Sales Head

Job Description

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.

Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team; set clear targets and monitor performance.

Identify potential clients (residential & commercial), generate leads, and maintain strong relationships to ensure repeat business.

Partner with architects, realtors, builders, and other stakeholders to expand theclientbase.

Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and client preferences to refine offerings and improve pitch strategies.

Collaborate closely with the design and project execution teams to ensure client needs are met and promises are delivered.

Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates to senior management.

Key Skills Required:



Strong background in B2C or B2B sales (especially high-value services) Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proven leadership and team management experience Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Passion for interior design and a good eye for aesthetics is a plus
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
