Based Incentives:

Up to ?2,00,000/month

Role Overview



Atoms-AI is seeking a

Sales Head

to lead our premium smart living and AV solutions sales division. The ideal candidate will possess an

active, well-established professional network across India

and will be responsible for driving immediate business, building strategic client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Strategy & Growth



Define and execute a powerful sales and business development roadmap

Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team (showroom, tele-callers, field reps)

Identify and engage top client segments - architects, interior designers, builders, HNIs, and institutions

Drive Key Client Engagements



Personally manage top-tier leads, site visits, demo sessions, and high-value conversions

Craft premium, customised solutions for home automation, AV, lighting, networking & security

Ensure smooth customer journeys from consultation to post-installation

Own Sales Operations



Maintain CRM hygiene and monitor sales funnel & performance dashboards

Coordinate with technical, logistics & finance teams for seamless delivery

Stay ahead of market trends, competitor moves, and pricing strategy

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business (MBA preferred)

Experience



Minimum 5+ years in solution sales (B2B/B2C), ideally in tech, automation, or AV industries

Proven track record of

leveraging an active nationwide network

to drive sales

Strong leadership and consultative selling skills

Experience managing cross-functional teams and high-value client portfolios
Candidate must have an

active, relevant professional network across India

in architecture, interior design, real estate, or luxury technology sectors
