Sales Head

to lead our sales function and drive conversions.

Job Role & Responsibilities



Lead Handling:

Receive and manage fresh leads generated daily by the marketing team. Connect with potential customers via calls, WhatsApp, or emails. Qualify leads and understand their house construction requirements.

Client Meetings:

Schedule and conduct meetings with prospects at the RoyalLinks office or their preferred location. Effectively present RoyalLinks' construction services, pricing structure, and value proposition. Address queries, build trust, and ensure a smooth sales journey.

Deal Closure:

Follow up with leads systematically and aim to close deals efficiently. Negotiate terms while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership:

Guide and supervise the junior sales executives (if any). Monitor their performance and ensure team targets are met. Motivate, train, and build a high-performing sales culture.

Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of meetings, conversions, and sales pipelines. Share daily and weekly sales performance reports with the management.

Key Requirements



Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in real estate, construction, or home services industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi. Willingness to travel locally for meetings when needed. Leadership qualities and team handling experience. Goal-oriented and persuasive personality. Basic understanding of construction processes is a plus.
