Client & Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with key corporate decision-makers, channel partners, and retail customers
Key Account & Channel Management
- Manage large/strategic accounts, dealer/distributor networks, and ensure effective channel expansion for greater market penetration.
Sales Operations & Pipeline
- Monitor sales funnel, forecasting, and pipeline for B2B projects as well as showroom walk-ins and online consumer sales.
Negotiations & Deal Closures
- Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and finalize high-value B2B deals while ensuring competitive consumer offers in B2C.
Marketing Alignment
- Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns, digital initiatives, merchandising, and customized product positioning for different segments.
Customer Experience Excellence
- Ensure superior retail showroom experience, consumer engagement, and responsive after-sales service alongside solution-based B2B selling.
Team Leadership & Training
- Lead, mentor, and train sales staff (field executives, showroom teams, and corporate account managers) on negotiation, customer handling, and product knowledge.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Use CRM tools and sales analytics to monitor buying patterns, conversion rates, and customer insights to refine strategies.
Revenue Growth & Target Achievement
- Drive consistent growth by achieving both enterprise sales (bulk orders, contracts) and retail sales (walk-ins, online, repeat purchases).
