The Sales Head - Jewellery Retail will be responsible for driving revenue growth, customer engagement, and team performance across all jewellery showrooms operating under the Chandanaz brand.
Job Qualifications & Requirements
Graduate / Postgraduate in Sales, Retail, or Business Management
Require
12-15 years of experience in jewellery retail
, including 5+ years in a leadership role with proven experience in managing multi-store operations in a single brand.
Strong team leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
Deep
understanding of customer buying behavior
and
regional jewellery trends
Willingness to travel frequently across store locations
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, purchase and sales planning tools, and ERP systems
Analytical mindset with the derive insights from stock data, margin reports, and sell-through analysis
Fluency in Telugu, English and Hindi languages
Key Responsibilities
Drive seasonal sales strategies and set showroom sales targets.
Monitor sales data and
oversee daily operations of 7 jewellery stores.
Lead showroom managers and
maintain SOPs
for service, billing, display, and grooming.
Manage staff performance, incentives, and customer satisfaction.
Build HNI/VIP client relationships
and align promotions with Marketing.
Coordinate with Purchase/Inventory for stock availability and control aged inventory.
Conduct training and submit weekly/monthly sales performance reports.
