? Lead and manage the sales team to achieve business targets
? Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets
? Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, especially in IT and corporate sectors
? Handle the complete B2B sales cycle - from lead generation to deal closure
? Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans
? Conduct meetings and presentations with potential clients
? Promote company products and services to meet client needs
? Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term client engagement
? Guide and mentor junior sales team members
? Monitor team performance and provide necessary support to achieve goals
