Job Title: Sales HeadDesignation: Commensurate with ExperienceLocation: Noida, Sector 1Experience Required: Minimum 8 years (including at least 3 years in software/online/SaaS sales)Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead our sales operations in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, particularly within the SaaS, software, or online services sector. Experience working with the legal community-including law firms, legal departments, corporates, and educational institutions-is highly preferred.Key Responsibilities:Sales Leadership:- Lead the Noida-based sales team, driving growth across segments such as law firms, legal professionals, corporate legal departments, law colleges, and government agencies.- Set and achieve ambitious individual and team sales targets to ensure consistent revenue growth.Sales Operations:- Manage the complete sales cycle-from prospecting and product demonstrations to negotiation and deal closure.- Support onboarding and ongoing client engagement through hands-on training, ensuring optimal product usage.- Address client queries and maintain strong, ongoing communication to enhance customer satisfaction.Team Management:- Supervise and mentor Relationship Managers (RMs), enabling them to meet and exceed sales goals.- Monitor team performance, provide strategic direction, and implement regular training for skill enhancement.Client Engagement & Outreach:- Conduct workshops and training sessions in law colleges and other institutions to promote product usage and awareness.- Travel within the region to generate new business opportunities and monitor field sales activities.Strategic Execution:- Develop and implement regional sales strategies in line with organizational objectives.- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into product and service improvements.Brand Development:- Uphold and enhance the Manupatra brand by building and nurturing key relationships across the legal and corporate sectors.- Represent the organization at industry events, seminars, and forums to increase brand visibility and recognition.Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.- Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in end-to-end SaaS/online/software sales.- Demonstrated sales acumen with strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities.- Prior experience in the legal sector (lawyers, law firms, legal departments) is highly advantageous.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.- Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing high-performing sales teams.- Willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements.
