Drive revenue targets through effective planning, execution, and monitoring of sales performance.
Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Investor Acquisition & Relationship Management
Identify, target, and acquire new investors for commercial real estate projects.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNIs, UHNWIs, institutional investors, and wealth managers.
Conduct regular investor meetings, presentations, and networking activities to generate business opportunities.
Sales Operations
Oversee end-to-end sales processes including prospecting, deal negotiation, and closure.
Ensure accurate and timely sales reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management.
Collaborate with marketing to design investor-centric campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Market Intelligence
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demand.
Provide insights and recommendations to management on pricing, product positioning, and investor preferences.
Key Requirements
Experience:
Minimum
10-15 years of experience
in real estate sales, with at least
5 years in a leadership role
handling investor sales for commercial projects.
Strong network of investors, brokers, wealth managers, and financial institutions.
