Job Responsibilities- Develop and implement the sales strategy for international supply chain finance and cross-border trade finance solutions.- Drive acquisition of corporate clients, exporters, importers, and strategic channel partners across geographies.- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand presence in global trade finance.- Build and sustain strong relationships with CXOs, treasury heads, and senior finance stakeholders.- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing, multi-regional sales organization.- Define performance metrics, targets, and incentive structures aligned with overall business objectives.- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and results within the sales function.- Collaborate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions to design and execute joint go-to-market strategies.- Work closely with product and partnership teams to design customized and scalable financing solutions.- Lead institutional partnerships and strategic alliances to drive sustainable growth.- Own the P&L for the sales function, ensuring achievement of revenue and profitability targets.- Leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making, improve conversion, and optimize sales performance.- Represent the organization at industry forums, trade events, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and market positioning.Functional Competencies:- Strong expertise in international trade finance, supply chain finance, and structured trade products.- Proven B2B sales leadership experience with corporates, large enterprises, and mid-market clients.- Established relationships across corporate banking and financial institutions.- Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities.- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Qualifications & Experience:- MBA (Finance) / CA / equivalent professional qualification.- 15-20 years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management within trade finance, supply chain finance, or fintech domains.- Prior experience with banks, NBFCs, or fintech organizations managing corporate or institutional sales is mandatory.- Demonstrated experience in building, leading, and scaling multi-location sales teams.
