Responsibilities:
Follow up with leads and clients to maintain engagement and close sales.
Meet with architects and builders.
Achieve sales targets and support business growth.
Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and online research.
Meet clients to understand their design needs, style preferences, and budget.
Present design ideas, proposals, and pricing clearly and professionally.
Negotiate and finalize deals while ensuring client satisfaction and profitability.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Track sales progress and report to management.
Stay informed about design trends, products, and competitor activity.
Help clients make informed decisions by explaining product features and benefits.
Requirements:
5-6 years of experience in interior projects and furniture sales.
Good understanding of interior design trends, materials, and products.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Organized, proactive, and responsible, with strong follow-up ability.
Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
