Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and client acquisition targets.
Identify, approach, and convert potential clients for residential, corporate, and retail interiors.
Lead and manage the sales team, assigning targets and monitoring performance.
Collaborate with design and project teams to deliver customized solutions to clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. MBA preferred.
Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience, preferably in interiors, architecture, real estate, or allied industries.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
