Role Overview
We are seeking an accomplished and visionary
Sales Head
to lead our new Mumbai branch. This is a critical leadership position for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales, excellent team management skills, and a passion for interior design. You will be responsible for establishing our presence in Mumbai, driving revenue, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Leadership:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets in the Mumbai market.
Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, promoting a culture of accountability and collaboration.
Lead Generation and Conversion:
Proactively identify new business opportunities and convert leads into successful interior design projects.
Client Engagement:
Conduct high-level consultations to understand client needs and ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, fostering repeat business and referrals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with our design and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor sales metrics and provide detailed reports and insights to senior management.
Market Insights:
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain our position as a market leader.
Qualifications and Requirements
Experience:
4-5 years of progressive sales experience, ideally within the interior design, real estate, or high-value service sectors.
Leadership:
A proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to consistently achieve targets.
Market Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of the Mumbai market, including client preferences and the competitive landscape.
Skills:
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
Track Record:
Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Attributes:
A strategic mindset, proactive problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
